The City of Odessa and Downtown Odessa, Inc. enlisted Gateway Planning, A Vialta Group, a Dallas-based urban design, planning and development consulting firm, to begin the first phase of revitalization of Downtown Odessa.
Gateway Planning worked closely with City of Odessa and Downtown Odessa, Inc. to create a urban design theme for the area, and plans for catalytic developments, such as housing and green space.
